Items must be unused, in original packaging.

Email us at sales@teddyfisher.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Place the item in its original packaging. Ensure it's unused and in the same condition you received it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process.
First, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — processing can take time. Next, contact your bank. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@teddyfisher.co.uk.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at sales@teddyfisher.co.uk and send your item to our return address.

If shipped directly to you: you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the item is received.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first: we’ll send the refund to the gift giver. They will be notified of the return.
If you’re returning an item worth over £75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
