A FAMILY HERITAGE
In 1990, Polish angler Tadeusz “Ted” Świerdza crafted his first competition blend — Mirox Secret — using techniques passed down through generations of European match fishing.
What started as a passion project, mixing baits in a small kitchen in Poland, quickly became something bigger. Ted spent over a decade testing and refining his recipes bankside — across Poland, Germany, Switzerland, France and Portugal.

In 2012, Ted moved to the UK and founded Teddy Fisher, bringing his European expertise to British waters. The brand quickly earned recognition with Angling Trust Winter League teams, proving that what worked across Europe worked just as well on English canals.

Tadeusz creates Mirox Secret in Poland — a competition groundbait using traditional European recipes.
Competition Proven
