Placing Orders

Ordering & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never see or store your full card details.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us at info@teddyfisher.co.uk with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once dispatched, the order cannot be modified.

Getting Your Order

Shipping & Delivery

UK standard delivery starts from £3.00, calculated by weight at checkout. We use APC Overnight for fast, reliable service. International shipping starts from £17.86 via DPD / Parcel2Go.

Yes! All UK orders over £150 (under 19kg) qualify for free standard delivery.

UK orders are delivered within 2–3 working days. International orders typically take 5–10 working days depending on the destination. We also offer same-day Cash on Delivery for Stafford and Stoke-on-Trent.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Orders over 20kg are automatically split into multiple packages and charged accordingly. For example, a 35kg order ships as two parcels. The cost is calculated at checkout so there are no surprises.

After Your Purchase

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day hassle-free returns policy. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Email info@teddyfisher.co.uk with your order number and reason for return — please don't send items without contacting us first. Once approved, pack the item in its original packaging and ship to our Stoke-on-Trent address. You're responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds are automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card company to process.

We only process exchanges for defective or damaged items, replacing with the same product. Email info@teddyfisher.co.uk with photos of the damage and your order number to arrange.

Yes — every Teddy Fisher product is handcrafted in small batches at our facility in Stoke-on-Trent, UK. We're registered under Animal Feed Reg. GB/880/R057. Same recipes since 1990, no shortcuts, no mass production.

Yes. Our groundbaits, pellets, and hookbaits are proven across European match circuits and UK Winter Leagues. They're used by competition anglers in 6 countries.

Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal bags tightly or transfer to an airtight container. Properly stored product will maintain peak performance for months.
