The Parties
This agreement is between:
1.1 TEDDY FISHER LTD (“us”, “we”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 22-24 Waterloo Road, ST6 3ES.
1.2 YOU (“you”, “member”, “members”), an individual who has purchased or applied for a Team Teddy membership via our website.
Definitions
In this agreement, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Date of Commencement: The date on which your membership application is approved and payment is processed.
2.2 TEDDY FISHER Membership: The “Team Teddy” programme which provides members with a trial pack, ongoing discounts, and community access as described on the membership page.
2.3 Our Website: www.teddyfisher.co.uk and all associated subdomains.
2.4 Services: All products, information, and community features provided to members by Teddy Fisher.
Code of Conduct For All Members
As a member of Team Teddy, you agree to adhere to the following standards:
3.1 Sportsmanship and Fair Play: Members must always act with integrity and promote fair play within the angling community.
3.2 Lawful Fishing Practices: You must comply with all local and national fishing regulations, including rod licences and venue-specific rules.
3.3 Behaviour Standards: We expect members to maintain high standards of behaviour. Any reports of misconduct will be subject to a review process and may result in membership termination.
3.4 Respect for Others: Treat all other anglers, venue owners, and members of the public with respect and courtesy.
3.5 Noise and Disturbance: Minimise noise and disturbance to other anglers and wildlife at all times.
3.6 Responsibility: It is your responsibility to read, understand, and follow all rules provided by Teddy Fisher and the venues you visit.
3.7 Evolution of Rules: Our rules and principles may evolve over time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
Images, Videos, Files And Other Media Files
By submitting media to Teddy Fisher, you agree to the following:
4.1 Marketing Usage: Any images, videos, or session reports submitted to us may be used for marketing purposes across our website, social media, and advertising materials.
4.2 Third-Party Sharing: We may share your submitted media with third parties, such as angling magazines or partner brands, to promote Teddy Fisher and its members.
4.3 Rights: You represent that you own the rights to any media submitted and grant Teddy Fisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such media.
The Law
5.1 Jurisdiction: This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
5.2 Governing Law: The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement.
